This is a brilliantly entertaining comedy album from New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo. Unlike most of the genre it repays repeated listening. If you come to this via the tele or radio show, you'll love it. If you haven't but you like it, make sure you check them out.

Who's the muthaflippin...

Quite a bit of the humour is punchline based, so consequently when you play this album to death, like wot I have, you do get to the point where you know exactly what is coming. That reservation aside, this is pretty much a perfect example of pastiche comedy pop. There is great attention detail in these wonderfully crafted pieces and just so many good bits to recommend. How about the fruit shop sequence in Mutha'uckas where the edited out expletives only leave the occasional exotic fruits namechecked? or Boom, where 'boom' gets swapped in for nearly every other boom - 'enough small boom, let's boom the boom'? I laughed. As someone who only occasionally got to watch the TV series I can vouch this album stands up as a classic in its own right. Absolutely terrific stuff.

A real find for me. Normally albums of this ilk are only amusing on the first couple of plays but this holds its own. Talented funny chaps indeed.

It's already been said in the other reviews. Brilliantly funny to listen to, but it's not a proper album... or is it?

Everyone has their favourite stand-out moments. BOEUF! CAMEMBERT! My lyrics are bottomless... great fun and musically worthy.
